The Supreme Court under Article 186A of the Constitution Was empowered to transfer the case before a High Court to another High Court. But no case is pending before any High Court under any High Court under any High Court of any Province. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal, which has no merit, but recommended to the federal and provincial governments to amend the relevant laws, namely the CPC, and to transfer a case in such a situation, the law on family matters.
