MUHAMMAD RASHEED versus PRESIDING OFFICER
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 2 (viii), (xxviii) and 25 Application for Complaint for Removal of Employee and Employee Relations, Proof of Removal by Verbal Order Petitioner Applicants Appointment Complaint filed against dismissal from TD employer (mill) and mill contractor filed complaint against Mill. The mill denied the employer-employee relationship between the parties and alleged that the applicant did not have Lux Standi to file a case against the department mill in which the applicant worked. The fact was given on the contract and the mill management had nothing to do with the employees appointed by the contractor; the applicant could not present any proof of his being in the mill job in the form of an appointment letter while the applicant admitted. Were the rest of the workers at the mill, the appellant could not examine the witnesses' letters nor present any document in the evidence of his claim. Such facts came to the contentious conclusion. Applicant was never employed by a mill, no matter: Labor Court Had justified dismissing her complaint request
