Sections 6 (d), 7a and 39b (e) of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 (XLV of 1860), section 392 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), section 13 of the General Clause Act (1897) X), Article 6A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), the jurisdiction of Article 264 was the supplementary constitutional legislation under the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, Ordinance XXXIX of 2001, therefore, Article 264 of the Constitution 1973), but after the enactment of the Ordinance referred to in section 6A General Clause Act 14 8 2001, the Anti-Terrorism Court was arrested under section 13D of the West Pakistan Ordinance, 1965. There was no jurisdiction to prosecute the crime of snatching, in addition to that crime was a trial. The snatching of vehicles provided under the Schedule included in the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, but after the aforesaid amendment, such offense cannot be prosecuted by the Anti-Terrorism Court. In this case, the jurisdiction and the cases were referred to the trial court with the direction of the court of jurisdiction.
