NATIONAL SAVINGS ORGANIZATION versus NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION
Sections 22A (8) (G) (9) and 15 (1) (C) (D) of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OXXX, RR1 and 2 of the Special Relief Act (I of 1877) , Article 66 (d) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Request for Transfer Order and Reversal Order Transfer Order, Grant of Industrial Relations Commission directed interim relief that employees should be paid their salaries. And allow them to perform their duties before the Commission shall enforce the decree in advance. After four years of respondent's transfer and conversion order, the grant of interim relief was to be arbitrarily denied because it was against the principles which were against the principles of the provision of interim injunction, in fact, the respondents. Was allowed to give significant relief, which may be possible. This has not been done so as to interfere with the work of the High Court, which accepted the High Court's constitutional application and declared the impeachment order without legal authority.
