Pakistan Penal Code Section 161/165/218/420/467/468/471 Corruption Prevention Act (I of 1947) Section 5 (2) Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Section 249A Constitution of Pakistan (1973) , Dismissing Arts 13 and 199 FIR, pursuant to the Dual Penalty, private complaint was lodged against the accused in pursuance of the incident but under Section 249A, CRPC, the accused was lodged by the accused. He was later acquitted on the same subject and an FIR was registered on the same facts and circumstances as against the accused who was against Article 13 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973). Against this, after the victory of FIA has succeeded in presenting the case to the restructuring, the High Court rejected the arbitrary FIR Pakistan under Article 199 (1973)
