Before the arrest of Section 498 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 483/506, the testimony of the prosecution witnesses during the interrogation stated that some of the threats were issued by the accused, but two persons said no such incident. Didn't work. Section 497, CRPC Prohibition Clause and the accused arrested by the police for contempt.
