According to Section 196 Customs General Order No. 6 of 1984, the determination of the 3 1984 1984 appellate job lot consignment was of basic quality but was not packaged in a standard way to save weight and area and the ply raised by the importer. The goods were covered under the job. Because of the fact that the job was being imported, the job was appreciated and it could not be the subject of an appeal to the High Court under section 196 of the Customs Act, 1969. The High Court refused to enjoy the appeal, Because there was no question of law. The order of the Tribunal was, in fact, probably not to be restored under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1969, the appeal was dismissed.
