The land was occupied by a dispute. The plaintiffs were in respect of the suit land demarcation claiming that the plaintiff claimed that it had been demarcated, but since the plaintiff failed to prove the limitation report, both the courts had filed the case against the plaintiff. Decided that the plaintiff had a dispute. The matter could not be resolved without verification, even if the boundary report could not be proved for some reason, the courts were obliged to appoint a local commissioner to identify the land where the courts were the local commissioner. Failure to appoint, decisions and courts are at fault of jurisdiction because courts are negligent in their use of respect. The final jurisdiction of the facts and circumstances of the case failed to follow a single decision, and the orders of the courts were set aside and the case was referred to the trial court for further decision.
