The implementation of the Decree 42 and the Constitution 55 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 47 and the AXXI Constitution Petition Decree, in which the applicant was allotted in the possession of the suit property Was announced.
