The Land Allotment was not challenged in favor of the applicants in the original Stability Scheme for strengthening the constitutional petition before the High Court of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (31 and 1991) of the West Pakistan Holding Ordinance 1960. The prohibited appeal filed by the defendants canceled such allotment, which was upheld by the petitioner of the Additional Commissioner (Stability), the Board of Revenue and the High Court. At a later stage the parties' privilege, thus, was the order passed by the collector in the appeal without any jurisdiction, such an objection was neither raised before the Revenue Authorities nor in the High Court, therefore, for the first time. It cannot even be allowed to be brought before the Supreme Court. Time
