Denial of complaint under Section 406/409/109/34 of Section 406/409/109/34, Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 200, 202, 203 and 204 of the Criminal Code (XLV of 1860) After the accused filed a complaint against the court under PPC section 200, CRPC ordered action against the two accused under section 204, CRPC, but under section 203, CRPC. The complaint against the third accused was dismissed, though it was named in the complaint, the trial court passed the order without recording the evidence under Article 202, in the initial phase of the CCP accused inquiry, in the proceedings authorized by the trial court. After conducting the crime and examining the complainant after the oath, if he is satisfied that the first case has come up, he has proceeded against the accused under Section 204, CRPC. The court found that none of the first cases had come up, the court could dismiss the complaint under section 203, the CCPC's preliminary inquiry can only be ordered when the court records the complainant's statement after the oath.
