Sindh Rented Prices Ordinance 1979 Session 21A & 21 [as entered in the Sindh Rented Premises (Amendment Ordinance (XIV of 2001)]] West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance (II of 1962), Section 3 Civil Procedure Code (Vs. 1908), instead of filing an appeal in the Section 24 Appeal Forum High Court, the aggrieved person must now prefer appeal before the District Judge in view of Section 21A, Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979, All the appeals are immediately pending in the High Court. The Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance was moved to the jurisdiction of the District Judge under section 21 (1) of 1979. The Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance (as amended) now empowers the District Judge to dispose of the appeal. Sent to the Additional District Judge for the same and thus applies to all appeals whether the District Judge is preferred by the High Court or the affected party in front of the District Judge under Section 21 (1) of the Ordinance. In cases, the District Judge has the power and authority to either hear the appeal itself or approach it to resolve it. Additional District Judge provided by Section 21 of the Ordinance Rules (LA)
