AMJAD ALI versus MESSRS M.C.B.
Banking Companies (Loans, Progress, Recovery of Credit and Financial Issues) Sections 12 and 21 of the Ordinance 1997 Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Supreme Court Rules, 1980, Twelfth, R1 applications for leave on leave Banking court, which was banned for 425 days under ban, dismissed the petitioners' dismissal of the former 4,000 applicants and their appeals were also dismissed. As a guarantor, there were cases pending against the respondents and the bank officer, who were each granted bail against a cash security of Rs. 250,000, which they had deposited and filed by the court on 30 by 2001. Adjustments were made, therefore, the applicants felt satisfied with the decision that the bank had already paid the money and did not need to file an appeal. The case was passed on 30th 2001, which was set aside by the High Court, so it was said that there was no room for enough. No explanation was given that the applicants against whom the previous party decree was passed and were dismissed on one side to compile their petitions, did not approach the Supreme Court within the time limit. What was delayed was that the petitions for contempt were dismissed, as a result important requests were also periodically dismissed and the appeal was denied.
