Relief in Articles 17 and 22 of the Financial Institution (Recovery of Finance) Ordinance 2001, which claimed that the appellant wants to repay the loan, satisfied the installments in favor of any of his equity appellants. He was not, therefore, entitled to any relief or persecution, the High Court dismissed the appeal in the circumstances.
