This was so in the favor of the applicants. It was submitted by the complainant that the same applicant was already harmed during the course of the case and that even though the registration of C, the applicant had adopted an alternative way of filing an application under section 249A, The PCP High Court, on account of its specific facts, decided to exercise its inherent powers under Section 561A, CRPC and directed it to stop the criminal proceedings. The case is pending in the trial court
