GHULAM JAFFAR versus CANAL MAGISTRATE, (II CLASS)
The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), Counselor and Client, without the authorization of the offer of acceptance, was presented in another attached petition, which was accepted by the petitioners as well. On the basis of the approval of the offer also, three courses were open to reject the application. Applicants may first file a lawsuit against the lawyer who accepted the respondents' suggestion. Secondly, SA 2 (2), the application under CPC, and the third request for review under AXLVII, R 1, by the CPC Supreme Court interfering with the order passed by the High Court. Denied
