GUL HASSAN versus THE STATE
Section 497 (2) Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI 1979), Section 17 (3) bail, defendants and witnesses were convicted of the grant in their affidavits, which contained two evidence. Case 161, in the form of statements under CRPC and the second in the affidavit in which the complainant and the four witnesses were sworn in. The case is of two versions, the question is which version was correct, the trial. The witnesses were yet to be decided at the hearing of the affidavits, who were sworn in as witnesses and the rest of the police officers fall under the purview of Section 497 (2). In view of the affidavits and witnesses' affidavits and their statements under section 161, the police bail before the PCP was granted bail.
