NAZAZ ALI (NIZAR ALI) versus KARACHI BUILDING CONTROL AUTHORITY THROUGH DIRECTOR GENERAL/CONTROLLER OF BUILDINGS
Regulin 26 and Schedule D, Part II Sindh Buildings Control Ordinance (v. 1979) did not come up in any of the Karachi Development Authority's schemes but it was located in a federally controlled scheme. The commercialization was legal and any action / order / decision / direction / approval was approved or negatively impacted by the Karachi Building Control Authority's combination / commercialization was unorganized and illegal. And had no legal effect and was issued to commercialize such substances " I've objection certificates "that can not be stopped completely and operating the building plans approved by the Karachi Building Control Authority.
