Article 199 In the Constitutional Jurisdiction of the High Court Scope Tribunals, a finding of solidarity against the petitioner was sought. The High Court had no jurisdiction to exercise its constitutional jurisdiction to resolve the disputed fact and to find a separate place of tribunals' coordination finding below the constitutional jurisdiction. Because of the discretion in the role, if the applicant's word is not timely submitted to the High Court, this arbitrary jurisdiction cannot be exercised in his favor.
