Application under Sections 2 (2), 12 (2), 104, 115 and AXLI, R1 Section 12 (2), CPC was dismissed by the trial court appeals court, the High Court upheld the appeal. The trial court revoked the plea order before the KG challenging order. In rejecting the application under Section 12 (2), the court's Maintenance Ability Ordinance, CPC, was neither an order nor could it be submitted under section 115; the CPC order of the appellate court under section 115 Revenue will be considered, following the exercise of the revision jurisdiction by the CPC District. Under Section 115, the Judge, CPC High Court shall not have jurisdiction to amend the order passed by such a reviewing court.
