SHAH MUHAMMAD versus MANZOOR AHMAD
Before the trial of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Sections 4 and 21 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908) Section 115, OVII, R 11, the case was resisted against the dismissal of the defendant.
