Pakistan Penal Code Sections 188/504/506 Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Sections 417 (2A), 439A, (439) (4) (b) and 439 (5). Thus, the review petition before the High Court disqualified by section 439 (5), the CCP Rescue High Court disqualifying the petition.
