Appeal for leave to appeal before limitation application R ((i) (ii), with Rules of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court, 1978 as well as decision and order) along with the basis of appeal or appeal before the High Court. Appeal will be sought. Since the disqualified applicant had applied for a copy of the writ petition filed before the High Court while applying for leave for appeal. The prohibition period had already expired and no applicant should have to explain the delay every day to insult the delay period, disqualifying the delay which he failed to appeal.
