Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) FIR was lodged within 30 minutes of the occurrence of the FIR on its chest and thighs. The motif, which was aided by credible ocular testimony and medical evidence, was acquitted on the charge of murder for the benefit of the suspect, as the injuries attributed to him by medical evidence were not supported by the courts below.
