His death sentence was converted to life imprisonment. In order to alleviate any circumstance in order to alter the sentence, the Supreme Court of Appeal complained to the complainant that he should consider the amount of punishment of the accused along with the instruction which he would not commit. He will be released from jail until the verdict.
