Section 156 (1) (8) and 217 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Customs Act, 1969, did not challenge the assistance provided to the respondents, but only in unclean judgment against the officers concerned. The inspections were dismissed and the competent authority was instructed to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the officers concerned, if deemed necessary, the leave to appeal was denied with these observations.
