Was considered to be a civil servant, only for the purpose of taking advantage of the treatment of appeals before the service tribunal. The mere entry of 5 2A into the Service Tribunals Act 1973 does not affect the status of the employee but the terms and conditions of his service will be governed by the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Ordinance) Ordinance 1968. The decision passed by the service tribunal was not subject to any unlawful interference and the Supreme Court's appeal was dismissed by the same.
