Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Interpretation of Article 199 Maintaining a Constitutional Request The decision of the Constitution shall be decided in light of the provisions contained in Article 199 of the Constitution (1973) Article 199 (3) contains 3 separate sub-clauses. (A), (b) and (c) thereby giving different orders to the High Court to grant different powers in different situations while different sub-orders (a) with the words on the request of the provocative party Is presented and sub-clause (c) is preceded by the words at the request of a provocateur, but sub-clause (b) excludes the above sentence under express clause (b). The RIDEAU, the applicant requesting party can not become angry, but no one can be the reason. The difference between the position of the applicant under sub-clauses (A) and (C) on the one hand and the sub-clause (B) on the other, is that the matters contemplated by Sub-Class (B) R are of public importance and interest. And it is sufficient that they are brought to the notice of the applicant's court without personal interest in this matter.
