AMIN SABIR SHAH ALIAS PIR SABIR PIA versus FEHMEEDA KHANAM
Section 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and Schedule to Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional petition passed by the Appellate Court affirming the Family Court order passed for the care of wives and sons. It turned out that the applicant was responsible for paying both of his children, who were still minors, and had to pay his divorced wife six months - the fact that constitutional jurisdiction could not be interrupted. Either unverified or based on a false statement. The motions of the evidence were based on authentic reasons and the evidence on record was indicated by the applicant for not reading any illegal or misleading statements or evidence. The constitutional application was dismissed in the circumstances.
