Article 12 West Pakistan Civil Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI of 1959), Section 13 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), Section 115 Law on Evidence (10 of 1984), Article 84 Contract Specific Performance of the Contract for Sale The suit was claimed to be the tenant of the applicant on the basis of a sale agreement and the case was decided by the controller of the tenant as well as the civil court landlord filed the tenant. Denied the execution of any contract of sale in favor. The tenant's claim was rejected concurrently and the sales contract's specific performance claim was rejected and the tenant was allowed to be removed. The valid decisions and orders were approved after reading the entire evidence on record. Both the courts did not deal with the following material misconduct. They did not exercise their jurisdiction nor do it without authority. The High Court compared the signatures of the landlord with the sale agreement with them and found that there was a difference between the two. Refused to interfere with the conclusions of fact.
