Section 1 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), Section 47 and O XXI, R 10 Fatal Accident Suit Compensation, Retention of Order Implementation, Request for Suit and Request for Order Implementation were challenged by the debtors. That the creditor of this decision (National Logistic Cell) was part of the Pak Army and the second decree was subject to the Army Act 1952 and in that case the decision passed against them was without jurisdiction and proceedings against them.
