That the creditor of this decision (National Logistic Cell) was part of the Pak Army and the second decree was subject to the Army Act 1952 and in that case the decision passed against them was without jurisdiction and proceedings against them. Cannot be held liable. The civil court had no jurisdiction to hold a claim against any military organization under the Fatal Accidence Act, 1855
