When he arrived, he found it unsatisfactory, so he terminated the service tribunal, accepting defendant's appeal on the basis that according to his assignment, the old staff was not available to him. He was subjected to abuse. He was not paid to other rights, so he could not work with mental peace. And that according to the applicants, the performance of the Area Area Manager's board had to be decided on the basis of a three year assessment and not a one year performance which was done in the present case. Applicants in the newspapers have widely informed the public that they should not deal with the applicant as an employee, which is the result of rendering them helpless in business, unless anyone else. Through the post, the public was not notified that its post was restored. The notice in the paper was a clear condition of the respondents 'rehabilitation under which the applicant did not do so despite the petitioners' request, there was no question of the law of public importance or
