The applicant was subject to his surety bond in the amount of one million rupees, which he offered but his vehicle was not handed over to anyone except that the applicant owned the vehicle. Claiming to be based on the registration documents from which he could be considered as the owner and entitled to his possession, his ownership could not be equated with the right and the applicant. An interim order may be granted in favor of and consequently if the vehicle is associated with the same offense. The transfer order may be changed by the interim order with the intention of handing over the vehicle to the supermarket. To maintain the same and to prevent it from being damaged, the applicant, who was claiming to be a legitimate owner of the vehicle for the purpose of buying and transferring his entry in his name, instructed the respondents in consequence. The vehicle referred to by the magistrate in compliance with the constitutional petition order was allowed accordingly.
