JUMA KHAN versus MST. BIBI ZENABA
Constitution Pakistan 1956 Article 100 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) hold that the alleged acts of sale were written on plain paper. Sermons and minor witnesses were not given full details. Invoices were never processed by the claimants by these individuals. The alleged author and minor witnesses did not appear, nor did they prove to be dead. The only person who could not identify his signature on the alleged receipt was presented. Both works, which reflect the transfer of land, were thus rejected and no speculation was made under Article 100 of the Convention of Martyrdom, 1984, which was claimed by all the courts under the applicant. That matter was banned and rejected over time. For the reasons stated that this case relates to the right of inheritance to the tribal property, the question of limitation was not raised in such a situation. The Supreme Court dismissed the application for leave to appeal the decisions of the courts.
