The Special Relief Act 1877 Section 8 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 was established by the plaintiff for the plaintiff claiming that he had purchased 10 Marla of land through a registered sale deed and claimed it by the plaintiff. That the measure of land on it showed that the defendants had exceeded their purchased area. The trial court ruled that the case was upheld and the trial court's order was upheld in the appeal that the boundaries made with the consent of the parties had proved that the area was owned. The plaintiff was in the illegal possession of the defendants / applicants by the plaintiff the matter was concluded by a finding of coordination of the following two courts, there was no case of interference by the High Court.
