Banking Companies (Debt, Progress, Credit and Recovery of Financial Issues) Ordinance 1997 Section 18 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Sections 151 and AXXI, RR 89, 90 in the implementation of the order obtained by the appellate bank The objection to the auction was filed by Section 151, CPC, on the basis that the persons involved were willing to offer more than the auction price. The banking court dismissed the application because such person did not participate in the auction. In this application, Valdati Bank did not claim any rights under O. XXI, Rr 89 and 90, but the petitioner submitted that the bank did not comply with the terms of O XXI RR 89 and 90, in which case the CPC Banking Court rightly rejected the bank's request. Was dismissed by the High Court. Appeal
