The lawsuit was legislated by the defendant in favor of the bank in pursuit of legal proceedings, so the limit for filing such a case was 12. 8 8 Not the 3 years since 1983 but the years filed on 24 8 1993, it was only within the good time that the High Court set aside the impugned judgment / decree and dismissed the bank suit with costs.
