Customs Act 1969 read with Sections 156 (1) (89), 157 Section 7 and 195 West Pakistan Rangers Ordinance (XIV of 1959), Section 6 (d) Section RO No. 29 (1) / 73 dated 21 1 1973 On the road to the city against the law, anti-smuggling rangers, customs inspectors and police officers along with the anti-smuggling rangers led by a commandant in the heart of the city seized the gold raids. The raiding was beyond the ordinary option. As per the West Pakistan Rangers Ordinance, 1959 and Section RO No 29 (1) / 73, were assigned to the Rangers by the Central Board of Revenue on 21 1 1973, any illegal acts, including smuggling, will be ensured. There is a need to examine and leave the forest, but the only authority that was so empowered was that if such practice was stopped by Rangers in the name of an FIR of a customs officer / inspector and police officer then the cities. There is no way I can stop them from interfering. No one in the middle of the city was helped by any law or even the circumstances, the High Court accepted the appeal and declared all to be without legal proceedings.
