Who have been or have been in the service of Pakistan, including, to hear the appeals of public servants to the Service Tribunal under the Regulatory Affairs Service Tribunals Act, 1973 Have the authority as defined in Section 2 (a) of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 and S: 2 (t) (b) of the Civil Servants Act 1973 Tribunal. Appeals have the power to confirm, separately, vary or amend the order appealed against the relevant provisions of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973) and the Service Tribunals Act; only a government employee employed in the Northern Territories was not included. The jurisdiction and powers of hearing and deciding the appeals of a public servant in the service, exercise of jurisdiction by the tribunal in addition to the provisions of the Constitution of Pakistan and the Act, will be void and will have no legal effect.
