The West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Sections 13 and 15 (6) of the tenancy were initially accepted by the tenants, but later it was requested that the owner, upon purchasing part of some of the damaged premises, own the property. Such a relationship between the landlord and the tenant had ended. The rent controller and the appellate court dismissed the tenant's request and approved the eviction order. Under the tenancy relationship, none of the waivers initially took exception to the views made by the courts.
