Civil Regulations 1908 SS 16 17, 120 and O VII, R 11 The Planetary Territory Jurisdiction Suit for the distribution of immovable property in the two provinces was applied under O VII, R 11, by the CPC On behalf of the defendant. Section 120, CPC, is in proceedings before the High Court in the exercise of the original civil jurisdiction because in the present case, a property is situated in the jurisdiction of the High Court, so the matter is related to all other property as well. There is also a relief for recovery. Before the cash could be retained, the petitioner's dismissal petition in the High Court was dismissed in the circumstances.
