HAJI AMEER BUX KHAN versus THE STATE
Articles 417 and 421 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Articles 302/460/34 were appealed against the acquittal during the night and the accused was not named in the FIR. Some pieces of evidence were presented. The trial court was neither reluctant nor crooked to record the success of the accused, and it was as if a reasonable person could reach. After a fair review of the evidence available on the record, it was concluded that the trial court's dismissal of the accused was not open to any legal exemption, appeal against acquittal was dismissed.
