Due to the passing of the security bail by the High Court, the litigation case against the applicant has been pending for the last six years, and the non-bailable arrest warrant has not been brought in the proceedings, under section 121212, for the same. Order, CRPC was issued and action was taken under Sections 87 & 88, CRPC granted security bail against it. The cancellation of the order and declaration order for a limited period by the High Court will not have effect. Thus, it cannot be said that the applicant was enjoying a good role or because the candidate was in good standing. He was subjected to the provisions of Section 14 of the Sindh Local Government Election Ordinance 2000, in which case the unidentified orders were not subject to any form of weakness or illegal interference.
