Dismissed by the Labor Court, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Labor Appellate Tribunal, which rejected the prosecution's immunity in the constitutional petition which the Labor Court and the Labor Appellate Tribunal valedictory in the High Court under Article 199 of the Constitution. The legality and ownership of authority orders was questioned. Pakistan (1973), being equitable in nature, was arbitrary which should not be used in favor of someone whose behavior was open to serious questions.
