SUI SOUTHERN GAS CO. LTD, THROUGH CHIEF MANAGER (I.R.) versus MEMBER, NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 22A (8) (g) West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), Section O15 (3) (a) Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 2 A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition for Corruption Based on the Complaint against the Applicant Retained by the National Industrial Relations Commission, against whom the prosecution of certain corruption proceedings was filed with the National Industrial Relations Commission. A petition was filed before the Commission and the Commission issued a stay order. Section 2A, in favor of the applicants of the Service Tribunals Act 1973, was retroactive in nature and, as a law pertaining to this procedure, the Federal Service Tribunal in relation to the Departmental Order prior to the entry of Section 2A Action to be heard in front of another forum. He could no longer continue and his only remedy was to approach the Tribunal applicants, though he was a worker, after entering Section 2A in the B-service Tribunals Act 1973, his remedy, if any, was served. The Tribunal should be placed before the National Industrial Relations Commission's order has not been approved by the Commission.
