MUHAMMAD AHSAN versus DAULAT KHAN

Sections 4, 15 and 21 of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act of 1913 (IV of 1882), sections 54 and 118 suit pre-emptive sale and transfer of property suit were simultaneously rejected by the trial court and the appellate court. The transaction was discussed. There was no sale but there was an exchange that was not vacant before the transfer of the property was not practicable before the vacancy proceedings and nothing could prevent the court from barring any country other than a sale. Affiliate, Q is in fact a one-time sale. The Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1913, clearly made it clear to the legislature that it does not allow pre-emptive claim before any other transaction other than sale and this was the only sale that was required by the pre-emptive action. The topic was created and does not include any other transactions. The exchange of immovable property was vacated. The dispute is that if the Shariah law has affected the transaction between Muslims, then this exchange should be considered. The cell and the first one will be vacated, why it has been abolished. That the provisions of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1913 apply to all persons who were pre-entitled, including Hindus, Sikhs and other religions, and no discrimination was provided in this Act. The effect of the sale, which was effected by the Muslims or others, could not be imposed under the Muslim Joint Law, the definition of sale in the Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1913, as it dealt with the sale of various matters and the affairs of the Muslims. Pre-arrest can be appreciated. Transfer, Transfer
