Balochistan Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 41 Complaint of Professional Misconduct At the time of reporting to the Provincial Bar Council, filing false information at the time of registration of the Provincial Bar Council, they filed an affidavit stating that they had terminated any government job complaint. Reflection, therefore, it would not be appropriate to keep the relevant facts deliberately hidden. Deliberately filing a false affidavit as a mere mistake was found liable for criminal and professional misconduct and was practically removed under section 41 of the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973, The PPC, however, was responsible for legal proceedings under Section 191. The court did not order his tender apology and plea seeking criminal mercy against him.
