AFRASIAB versus STATE
The accused in the Constitution of Pakistan 1962 Section 497 Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 382/337 A (ii) l34 West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 bail allegedly stabbed a knife with his cash. What was it for? The accused was abused and arrested and stripped of his knife and statements of medical evidence and prosecution witnesses fully supported the record of the allegation because of the former's enmity with the complaining minority. Did not indicate the alleged involvement of the accused in this case. The accused did not appear on the minority file. There was no guarantee of presence of sufficient material on record against the minority. The adjudication rule was not applicable for the accused in connection with the crime because of his character. Enough. The accused, who was already released on bail, was named in the FLR immediately listed for the offense and the accused was associated with the crime. The accused was denied bail.
