But a case was registered against the applicant who filed the petition. In the Irrigation Department, the Authority has complained that its land is not being provided with proper water by the Validity Deputy Commissioner of Moga, nor has the authority to file a case against the applicant or approved by the canal authority. Interfere with the order when it was neither appellate. The revision authority and even the canal could not be found anywhere else, the Drainage Act, 1873 and even otherwise the case of the FLR being sub judice before the court could not be registered against the applicant.
