MUHAMMAD YAMEEN versus MEMBER (JUDICIAL-1), BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB
The constitutional request for approval of Articles 39 and 42 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 99 change of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, mutually disputed the applicants alleging that the sanction was contrary to the earlier order passed by the court. Was also given. Lawsuits did not create rights, no constitutional application can be maintained against it. If the court-approved orders were disobedient, the applicants also had other remedies available to them through the applicants. The earlier suit was dismissed and the matter is pending. Appeals which raised an additional reason for non-interference with the High Court's constitutional jurisdiction
